CORONET PEAK SKI FIELD – 18kms from Queenstown on a sealed road, it faces south, holds the snow well and offers some fantastic terrain, undulations and options with 3 major lifts accesses. It has everything from easy beginner slopes to rolling off-piste runs to long groomed trails. Night skiing on Fridays and Saturdays adds another dimension, especially with a full moon. THE REMARKABLE SKI FIELD – Situated high in The Remarkables mountain range and facing north. It is accessed by three quad chairs within three wide open bowls. From the first timer through to those who like to be challenged by narrow chutes, rock drops and off-piste powder it is all about fun, families, freestyle and the love of the big mountain environment.
CARDRONA SKI FIELD - A spectacular 45 minute drive from Queenstown up over the Crown Range. It has specialist slopes for beginners, wide open groomed slopes for intermediates, chutes for advanced, and an extensive park for freestylers. There are two quad chairs, a double chair and the beginners area with three clever magic carpets. Snow Boarders are well looked after with pipes, terrain parks and an extreme boarder cross course.
